By using the Services, you agree to defend and indemnify Quick Medico and its directors and employees from and against all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, fees (including legal fees), and expenses relating to any allegation or third-party legal proceeding to the extent arising out of (1) your misuse or abuse of the Services; (2) your violation of any person’s rights, including intellectual property rights; (3) any claim relating to the accuracy of any User Content posted by you; or (4) your violation of any applicable law. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New York. You waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue in such courts.


If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
